Love it.
I think one of the best arguments to go remote free: Your hands are free! Pick up a parcel? No problem your hands are free ;-)
So anyway, one of the first things I did, I bought a snowboard backpack, so I can mount the Liquid Skateboard on the backpack when I'm on a bus or a train or have to carry it around. See pictures!

I adore this board and it's everything that is advertised. It's the most comfortable skateboard I've ever ridden but if you are used to a freeriding longboard of course it will be a step down in comfort since it's much smaller and more compact.
The board motor is so smooth, you barley notice it's electric untill you go upphill, downhill or ride rough roads.
The best thing about it is how easy slots in as an addition to my regular commute with either buss or bike, almost completly frictionless. I had to do a quick snack run during a hangout and the board reduced a 20min journey to below 10min.

There are a few quality of life additions that could be added to a v2 or accessories that could be offered that would take this to a 5 star:

- Option for softer wheels: If you ride alot of rough roads switching to softer wheels would do alot.
- Power bank for charging on the go: 12km range has been limiting when keeping up with friends biking around town. there has been a few times where I've been just about 4-6km shy of having enough power to go home after A-day of spontanous city exploring with friends.
- Side carry handle: The weight and battery pack makes the board quite uncomfortable to carry properly. I end up malgripping it instead when walking around town and festivals which does not distrubute the weight well. A side carry handle would remove another point of friction and make it slot in with daily living even more seamlessly.
- A breaking remote: I was suprinsgly uncomfortable with foot breaking at the max speeds. Which has lead to a few perilious momments. Never thought I would want a saftey remote to switch of the sensor while riding or a "break only"-remote but I do. However you can angle can angle your foot to deactivate the sensor but that does make me less stable.
- A freeride longboard version: I have the LQS-1 now and it works great as it is. I would totally buy and ad a longboard version to my collection.

My first experience with my board was just great.
I went smoother than I imagined it would be, I tightened the trucks a little bit to be more stable when on one foot.
I found the feeling a bit like snowboarding and I got a bit over confident rapidly.
What surprised me was when I had to decelerate: you really have to anticipate. You can’t just react to a quick stop, at least when you’re a bit speeding.
I think I have now something like 50km on it, cruising on cycle lanes in Anglet and it was just so cool.
I’m looking forward to see your next products.

It is all I hoped it would be.
The big pro I want to point out is the breaking. I am an amateur - I can somewhat foot brake, but I don't feel very safe doing it.
It's very impressive how much safer I feel riding this board! Going up and down hills while keeping my speed is the natural evolution to make skating an actual mode of transportation.
The quality and feel of the Liquid board is very good in every aspect.
The only little con is the sensor: placing your foot on it and keeping contact while maneuvering is a bit tricky with some shoes. It does not cover the whole area depicted on the grip tape. Maybe this could be improved in future versions?

Otherwise, this thing was worth every cent. I hope this company gets the recognition they deserve so we get to see even better boards. ^^

It really is the best electric skateboard option. I've used a few others before (all with controllers) and nothing compares to the experience of the Liquid. Besides not needing a controller, which by itself would already be great and different, the geometry and riding comfort are impressive.

Without a doubt, one of my best sports purchases in recent years. I highly recommend it. Love it!!!!

Did extremely well on terrible roads, i recorded 20 min test drive on cobblestone.

Hi,

To say I'm STOKED on my Liquid board is an understatement.
I've skated since the mid-80s, & this is the first 'E-board' that actually feels/performs like a real skateboard. The 'freewheel' functionality is a game-changer.

The actual performance is very 'surfy' - great turning radius & smooth as silk. The 75mm wheels are great for dealing with the skaters Nemesis - Pebbles! I even had a piece of a bicycle spoke stick into 1 of the wheels & after removing it, all was well.
I've rolled through pebbles, cracks & bumps with no issue - in Ireland that's essential.

After using the board for about 10 days, the battery life seems very good - I'm using the board every day (usually for an hour or so) & it seems to hold a charge without any problem.

My only criticism (if I have one) is the weight - the battery adds quite a bit of weight, but that probably can't be helped u the technology improves. That said, this is more of a 'constructive criticism' rather than a complaint.

I've had plenty of queries about the board in the past week - it definitely starts conversations!

If you ever need a tester for future products, you know where I am 😉

Thanks for making an Epic product

If you are looking for a fun - this is it.
This is my first skateboard and it’s fun. Don’t get me wrong, first I was struggling to stand on it as I don’t have any prior experience with skateboards, only snowboards but that’s different thing.
But when u start carving it sooooo much fun.
It’s a great thing, good price, much fun and you also get to try something new if u don’t have experience with skateboards. It’s great and it’s just works. Period

Makes me feel like a teen again, everyone at the office tried it out. Fakie, regular, and sitting.

Everyone asked where the remote was..

I had none 😎

PS: be careful when going off bigger curbs, the motor casing scratches.

I honestly didn’t expect to fall in love with an eSkateboard —but here we are. This Liquid eSkateboard delivers an absolutely fantastic riding experience, almost like gliding on a snowboard.

The build quality is top-notch—seriously, it feels premium in every detail. And the range? Let’s just say it politely ignores the official specs and keeps going like it has something to prove.

I haven’t ridden a skateboard in ages, but this thing brought me right back—and then some. The only thing I’m still negotiating with is the braking… we’re not fully on the same page yet, but we’re getting there.

Huge shoutout to the team—keep up the great work and don’t stop doing what you’re doing!

My first ride made me feel like a kid again. That board is amazing, absolutely a dream of mine when I was young. As a skater who grew up skateboarding non-stop, this feels extremely close to it. It feels like magic when you are continuously moving passed that feeling of “man this is supposed to stop by now". I was surprised when I realized going downhill won't send you flying too fast, the board stabilizes to around the same speed you were at ontop of the hill. Also, I was surprised at how well my board continued up hills without stopping. I'm so glad I made the choice of getting this magical skateboard.

The highlight: This board is seriously classy! Super practical for my Paris commutes (70km by train + skate to finish). Lightweight makes all the difference in public transport.
Learning curve: 5 minutes max (20 years skating, 7 years electric). The real game-changer: no remote control! Completely different riding experience. Early morning rides on Paris’s wide sidewalks at 7am are pure bliss. The skating sensations are authentic and smooth.
Minor downside: Still learning emergency situations on sidewalks - gotta avoid accidental inputs.
Bottom line: Having an absolute blast with this thing! For daily urban commuting, it’s spot on. 🛹

Top notch quality and design, very smooth and natural ride, easy to carry on and to put under a bus or restaurant chair. Very quiet, almost not distinguishable from regular cruisers boards. The joy feeling of riding the city without the sweat !

The riding feels great and very natural I didn't really have to change anything about riding compared to a normal skateboard.
It's surprising about how simple it really is to keep speed using the sensor to then slowing down as usual.
I'd highly recommend this if you're looking for something for short commuting distance.

Amazing product! Rides super smooth, just like your normal cruiser board, but without the need for annoying in-between or uphill pushing. Ollieing smaller ledges is also not a problem. Perfect for cruising through the city getting to the office or the grocery store. + it‘s super fun!!
